Enter what one ring costs you (product + shipping from supplier) in Cost each on the ring's main row; it applies to every size. If one size or the Set version costs more, type its own cost on that size's row. It is used to work out the cost of rings sold and gifted, and your stock value. Stock counts come from Shopify. Gifts, offline sales and write-offs you log here take rings out of Shopify stock automatically, stock purchases add them, and returned orders put them back.

Discount codes used From Shopify orders
Give each blogger their own discount code in Shopify, then add it here. Sales from orders using that code are compared with everything you spent on them: rings gifted, delivery, packaging and fees. Gifts and fees are linked by the blogger's name or Instagram handle.

Guide
How to use Wear Masa Books
This app keeps the money side of Wear Masa in one place: what comes in, what goes out, the rings in stock, what each delivery company owes you, and what each partner has put in. Website orders come in from Shopify by themselves. Everything else, you add with the + Add entry button.
Start here: first-time setup
- Add each ring's cost. Go to Inventory and type what one ring costs you in Cost each on each ring's black row. Without this, the app can't work out profit or stock value.
- Add the money each partner has put in. Tap + Add entry → Capital in for Bushra and for Eiman. If a partner paid a supplier herself, use Expense or Buy stock and pick her name under Paid by.
- Set up your delivery company. Go to Deliveries, tap Edit on Professional Delivery Company and enter its usual delivery charge (and COD fee % if they take one).
- Check the settings. Open Settings: set the PKR rate, how profit is split between partners, low-stock alert level, and any monthly bills.

How the books work
Settings
Shopify connection Orders and stock always come in from Shopify
Low-stock alerts Per ring size
A size is also flagged when, at its recent selling speed (last 90 days), it will run out within 30 days.
WhatsApp messages The standard messages for each step
Currencies Everything is saved in AED
These fill in automatically when you enter an amount in PKR or USD. Stock purchases start in PKR and packaging in USD. You can still change the rate on each entry to the one you actually got. The dirham is pegged at 3.6725 to the dollar.
Profit split How profit is shared between partners
Recurring expenses Added automatically each month
Sign-in accounts Who can open the books
Backup Keep a copy of all your books
Download everything (entries, orders, deliveries, bloggers, settings and history) as one file. Use it to move the books to your own website, or to restore them later.
Restoring adds the backup's records on top of what's here. Records with the same ID are replaced.
Payment fees For online payments
Shopify reports fees for Shopify Payments automatically. For other online payment methods (Tabby, Tamara, PayPal, bank transfer…), add the fee they charge and how many days the money takes to reach you. Cash on delivery has no payment fee.
Capital accounts
Partners
Money a partner pays straight to a supplier or vendor counts as her investment, even though it never passed through the business account. Withdrawals reduce her balance.
